That's an anomalocaris-ish early arthropod called Hurdia victoria. It was 1.5 ft / 0.5 m long, about as big as a present-day lobster.

It lived in the middle of the Cambrian Era, about 500 million years ago. Our ancestors back then were almost-fish like Pikaia and Yunnanozoon.
