Shoot, you have more problems with your neighbors than I did when was living in the cheap apartment by the railroad tracks. One of the worst apartments in town, but I only occaisionally heard my neighbors arguing or playing video games or even having sex. The ants were more of a problem... (the apartment people brought in exterminators four separate times, but the ants kept coming back.)

I really don't mind that. It's amusing.
And they have better taste than my other neighbour.
