I have another agent interview (http://gretchenmcneil.blogspot.com/2009/03/interview-with-tina-wexler-literary.html) up, this time with Tina Wexler of ICM who also focuses on YA fiction.

EEP! She IS looking for near-future dystopian YA. *happy dances*

Thanks so much for posting my interview question. Ms. Wexler asked me to resubmit when she passed on my last project, so I wanted to make sure I was getting it right this time.

Thank you for posting the link, this is a great interview. Tina Wexler is one of the agents I would really love to work with, if not the #1 on my list.

Well she sweet, fun and smart as hell so I can see why!

Tina Wexler was a speaker at the January Florida SCBWI conference. Very nice person. I'd love to have an agent like her.

I met her in Atlanta last year at a writing conference. Really nice lady who made you feel like she'd be great to work with.

"Fun" would be the key word here. I have not met Tina in person, but I have gathered enough info online to see that she would be the right kind of an agent to appreciate all the funny stuff in my books. :) I hope she sees a glimpse of it in my query. :) :)
