If you could see any author, any author at all, have their own forum on AW, who would it be?

I vote for Stephanie Meyer. I have never read Twilight or any of her other books and I've not seen the film, and being perfectly honest, I probably never will. However, I see so much talk of her on here in various threads, people either love her or hate her, that I think she merits a forum all of her own. What say you? :D

Or which other writer would you vote for instead?

You mean a forum that the author participates in?

You mean a living, breathing, productive author? Gee, that’s a hard one…

*leaves quietly to think about that some*

Nah, I meant a forum where people could discuss a particular author, as I see Ms. Meyer plastered everywhere on here ;)

oh, ok... Guess I'll have to think about that one, too.

I kinda like Twain though.

Okay, let's have the Stephanie Meyer Forum, and let Stephen King moderate it.

ETA: Woops, that should be Stephenie Meyer.

(ETA: Woops, I linked to a locked brawl thread. Are we allowed do that? Linky removed...)

Hmm, although I don't read him now, I've read loads of Stephen King's novels in the past. I think Stephen would be quite cool, and at least I can say I've actually read him more than I've read anyone else.

There is far too much uncertainty in this post. I suggest we give Ben three days off to consider his position.

So, if she had her own forum, would you have to lock the whole forum?? Kinda defeats the purpose... ;)

I vote Meyer too. Anyone who's banned gets exiled to that forum alone, and made to think about what they've done.
