Technical problem - where do I post?

Suddenly when I click on a function, like "rep" or the "Quick Links" at the top of the page, only a tiny portion of the box is shown and I can't use the function. Where do I post this question?

Thanks for the suggestion, and to the Forces of the Universe for moving my question here. It must have been a FireFox problem, because after it updated itself just now, the problem went away.
