Rise of the Foot Soldier

Yes, I've seen this film too, it's brilliant! I also have it on dvd. It's another take on the earlier film, Essex boys, which was bad enough via its villains, but Rise of the foot soldier makes that one look like a Sunday afternoon film for the whole family.
There's a lot of violence in Rise of the foot soldier, trouble is, it's also very believable when you think it's involving the drugs world. Mind you, I like the scene where the main character is being a bouncer at the rave party and taking ecstasy. That bit is quite fun, not that I've ever tried ecstasy myself, but I do like the electronica/dance music though

Btw, both films are based on a true story.
