...about your body? Obviously, we don't want to get too personal but is there anything you'd change about yourself? And anything you'd keep?

Me, I'd go for nicer teeth and keep my height.

What about you?

I'd go and change most of me, well, apart from my feet. I have very nice feet. Although I probably only think that because I used to compare them to my sisiter's feet as a child, and her's were webbed.

My age. Can I be younger again?

Oh, and my hair. I want thick black hair, I've always had baby fine hair.

Oh, and my nose, I dont' like my nose.

Or my eyes.

Or lips.

Or chin.

Or cheeks.

Or my height, I want to be taller.

And I've never been muscular enough, I'd like to have 6 pack abs, and bulging biceps.

Oh, hell, can I just change my body with Hugh Jackman?

A little taller. Maybe 5' 7" or 5' 8"...

I have size 5 1/2 feet - I'd like to be a size 6 1/2 instead. Which, in turn, would mean I'd need to be taller or I'd just be a short freak with huge feet.

That is all

I'd like longer hair. And more hair on some parts and less on others. And better knees. And a pony and a blue bicycle and Lincoln Logs and a lasting truce between Israel and Palestine and for Rosie O'Donnell to find gainful employment and an original idea to be made into a decent movie or TV show or play and an agent and a nice publishing contract.

Stuff like that. *grumbles*I do have to agree with this. I lost this past week to a slipped disk between L4 & L5. I've never had lower back pain before. At it receded, I had to acknowledge that the simple gift of feeling well is probably the finest thing in all the world.

I'd be a jackass if I didn't recognize that.

I mean, I'm a jackass anyway, but I'm a grateful one.

There was a time when I'd want to change something but not anymore.

After I heard about the woman who was attacked by that chimp having to lose her eyes, her nose, her hands and some of her jaw, I thought about what that would be like. Even if she can have her face reconstructed, she'll never be the same.

I think we take for granted the face and body we have.

So I figure that even if I don't like everything about my face and body, that's what God gave me, and I'm lucky that I can see, hear, smell, and speak. And walk. And type. And think. And other things.

I'll settle for just being healthy.

I ditto rhymegirl. At times I'd like to lose some pudge some places, but overall, I've got it pretty good.

Now, maybe I'd fix it so that it's not so much of a pain to be a female... But that's when we all can be thankful for Western medicine.

Ironically enough, half of my mom's family is black Irish - they have olive skin and dark hair. The other half is pale skinned Irish. She inherited their genes.

and then procreated with a German.

The only way I could be paler would be if one of them had been Norwegian.

My husband says I'm not white - I'm clear. :DWe might need to start a "clear" club. This past spring I had to start wearing sunscreen just to walk home from work (about 20 minutes of sun exposure) because my arms were breaking out in little red bumps.

There's nothing I'm REALLY unhappy with - which is good. I spent years hating the way I looked and I've changed that which I could - I'm blonde now (dark hair makes me look like my mother) and wear contacts most of the time rather than glasses.

I have a cellulitey bum though. I could exercise more, but...can't be bothered. :D

Really the only things I'd change would be the scars on my left leg and chest.

I'd like to be and stay healthy. I'm tired of being allergic to wheat, corn, dust, mold, grass, pollen, ragweed, Claritin, and penicillin. And I'm really tired of adding things to the f***ing list. In fact, if we're making deals with the universe, I'll accept being allergic to wheat, dust, mold, grass, pollen, ragweed, and Claritin. Give me back the ability to eat corn and take penicillin and I promise never to complain again.

As for my physical form, I wouldn't mind being a little taller. Or looking a little more threatening. It's not easy to get high school student's respect when you can be mistaken for a round-faced high school kid.

But really, if I could pick, I'd just be healthy again. No more regular sinus problems, headaches, ear infections, fatigue, or hives because I touched, breathed, or consumed trace particles of the "wrong" thing.

Heh. I'm in the process of changing everything that's changeable. So the answer is yes...but I've got it covered.

My chin. I always thought it was too long. In almost every picture of me for twenty years, I had my chin 'resting' on my hand, meaning my hand was covering the bottom of it. Yes, I know--I'm weird. But it was my chin that kept me out of film work and on the stage, when I could conceal it with clever makeup tricks. Such are the vagaries of an acting career. My chin is not Lenoesque, but it didn't do me any favors either. :)

I'd like my legs to be the same length. One of them is about an inch shorter than the other. Makes it difficult to measure my height unless I stand on my left foot. I do have shoe inserts, but it would still be nice if my legs were of equal length.
