I mixed up the milk carton with the half-and-half carton. (So I guess I was sleep deprived.)

Ah, try pouring coffee into the cereal. You don't want to give THAT to a child. :e2smack:

Hope you catch up on your sleep!

Try adding several packets of sugar and a couple of creamers to your coffee - and then realizing that you forgot the coffee when you go to drink it.

There's a reason I don't like Mondays....

Well, here's the good news. It's not actually Monday, it's Friday.

I almost did something very similar....I had an old carton of Eggnog from Christmas in the fridge, grabbed it and just before I poured it into my ingredients for Corn Chowder I noticed it was the wrong carton. It wasn't my half and half. That would have been a big oopsie.

Now, get some sleep, or coffee.

but it tastes so good! I've also been known to pour cereal over ice cream. It stays crunchy longer that way. I hate soggy cereal...except for putting into scones.

You should pour Vanilla soy milk over your cereal. That's delicious.

I get the plain soy milk. (not the no sugar one, that's nasty). MMM..and I splurged on the last grocery trip and bought soy coffee creamer too.

PD- did you eat the cereal anyway?

Sass- thinking it might have been yummy.

Try milk and Pepsi on your cereal, no need to thank me later.

Try milk and Pepsi on your cereal,

I think you are confusing cereal with tomato soup.

...soy milk...

(shudders violently)

I only like soy that's been recycled through mammaries.

You must be one of those lizard people...you anti-mammal you.

Actually you replied before I realized the many ways it could be taken. then I realized it came out better than saying...something to do with meat.

Some people don't get the entire beer notion. I can dip my cookies in beer and love it. I simply need a three beer lead in to mixing it with food. Whisky is different, anyone who mixes whisky with anything is a lunatic and should be treated as such.
ETA: anyone who puts water in whiskey should be shot....sorry. Should be shot IMHO.

Ick. I've mistakenly poured water when I grabbed the wrong gallon jug from the fridge... that wasn't very good either! The dogs still liked it though. They're not picky.

I often forget to pour the vodka into my tonic, and wonder why there's no kick in it.

When my kids were little and I was out of milk, I put apple juice in their pablum.

I know. :) I did that a couple of weeks ago. The sad part was, it hadn't been the kind of weekend that would explain being that for out of it...
