There may be too many for this...

It was a close call between Skeet Surfin' & "Not Mel Torme," but the latter wins. Straighten the Rug is not only funny, it's also sort of a jam...

Plus, there are the guys swingin' girls over their heads with one hand!

I'm a tad disappointed that "I know a little German" isn't on this list...

It was too much of a rip-off of the "little breather" for me.

But hey, "other" is still there.

The magnifying glass gag was GREAT!

Though I have this on video, I must re-watch it before I vote.

the East German Womens Olympic Team for me.
I haven't seen this film for years and I still remember them.

Mind, the Pinto scene was good too.

I voted Skeet Surfin', but there are too many! My other favourite is:

"You forgot your phoney dog poo." (Omar Sharif picks it up and hands it over)
"What phoney dog poo?"

Also when he is painting the view out of the train at the beginning, and it's all blurred. :D I love this film!

It's been too many years since I've seen this. I had to go with the Backwards Bookstore, for Peter Cushing and the sheer bizarre-ality of it. Honorable mentions to the East German women and the Little German.

Wow it must have been 20 years or more since I saw this film. All I can remember is the magnifying glass bit, something about a cow with boots on and something about a man shouting "grenade!" jumping on said grenade to sacrifice himself for his friends and then 2 or 3 germans were blown into the air. LOL.

Been a while, but a couple of scenes always pop to mind.

The "love scene" in parachute harness - complete with fireplace.

The whole "Blue Lagoon" riff especially with the tape measure (Return of Nigel)

"Deja Vu... Deja Vu..."

Omar Shariff AFTER the trash compacting.

Ha-ha. I was going to put the never-ending love scene with the repeating fireplace.

Just saw it on HBO yesterday...love it!

My favorite has to be the characters of Chocolate Mousee and Latrine.

I'm reminded of when Hillary's breasts literally lit up when she saw Nick that one time. "Whoooom" went the sound effect!

The underwater barfight was genius, though.

Real genius, I might add, as I consider that the masterpiece of Val's early comedic work.

Doesn't "Hillary" mean she whose breasts defy gravity (or something)?

I'm fond of the Little German and Hillary's magical hair after the motorcycle ride. But I voted for The Pinto.

Though I have lived through the 80s, I must confess that I have never in my life heard of this movie. Is it worth watching?

Did you like Airplane? If you think that kind of humour's funny, you'll love Top Secret.
