The following correspondence I had with CVS Customer Care today:

I placed this order and my husband picked up the pictures a couple of
days afterward. As recently as yesterday, I am still getting automated
calls that my order is ready to pick up and there is no option in the
automated menu to indicated the order has been picked up and no more
phone calls are necessary. Is there any way to make the phone calls

The response (I bolded the good bits for ya):

from the calling list and we certainly apologize for the incontinence.

Glad to know they take such an interest in my personal problems.

Well, you do have to give them points for trying.

Rite-Aid is doing the same thing with a scrip my mom picked up a week ago. Wonder if it's time to break out the Depends for them, too?
