The following correspondence I had with CVS Customer Care today:

I placed this order and my husband picked up the pictures a couple of
days afterward. As recently as yesterday, I am still getting automated
calls that my order is ready to pick up and there is no option in the
automated menu to indicated the order has been picked up and no more
phone calls are necessary. Is there any way to make the phone calls
stop?

The response (I bolded the good bits for ya):

Thank you for contacting CVS.com (http://cvs.com/).

In response to your email, please be advised that you have been removed
from the calling list and we certainly apologize for the incontinence.

If you have further questions or require additional assistance, please
contact us by email at customercare@cvs.com (customercare@cvs.com) or by phone at (888)
607-4287.

As always, thank you for choosing CVS.com.

Glad to know they take such an interest in my personal problems.

Are you certain they weren't apologizing for their incontinence? :D

I walked by a cardboard robot on a mobile the other day.

They were probably hoping to subliminally get you to go back and buy Depends.

 Too funny, tj. They are certainly overly apologetic, huh, just with the wrong thing. :D

Well, you do have to give them points for trying.

Rite-Aid is doing the same thing with a scrip my mom picked up a week ago. Wonder if it's time to break out the Depends for them, too?

Are you sure they're just not taking the piss?

Sorry. *skulks away*
