I don't really have a favorite but the cardinals sound like a nice religious group of players and the steelers sound naughty. 
I'll watch, but am not as interested in the game as I am in terri's mini turkeys. Sounds interesting, like when you're tired of chicken but don't want to cook a huge turkey.
Anyway, as of now, I'm pulling for the Cardinals, but my choice in games like this usually changes as the game goes on and is swayed by the behavior of the players.

Just for the record I only watch one football game a year. The Super Bowl. I then pick a team. I like birds so I picked the Cardinals.

This is the first year an Aussie is playing in the Super Bowl. Ben Graham, former captain of the Geelong Aussie Rules team, is the Cardinals' punter.
If the Eagles had beaten the Cards, another Aussie - Saverio Rocca, ex-Collingwood - would've been there. He punts for the Eagles.
These guys can kick... and they can HIT. I'll see if I can find some footage of Darren Bennett levelling the punt returner when he was the Chargers' boot.
I'm going Cardinals, just because it's their turn.
