View Full Version : Things are getting violent up in here: have some fluffy bunnies

Right now the story research section features a head wound/drowning, an injury causing permanent limp, a high tolerance for whipping, getting stabbed in the foot, giving someone an addiction, punching them in the face, burning down their house, whipping a horse, and making someone weak with drugs. I feel bad for all your MCs! Stop the violins!

To remedy all this violence, I give you a bun:

And more buns for good measure:

Feel free to add your own fluffy critters.

Omg, they're wearing sweaters. That is ridiculous.

I agree. I didn't see a disclaimer, so I wonder if any animals were harmed in the photo process.

The cat looks annoyed, as if horribly abused.

Don't let the look fool you, the cat is deplorably spoiled.

He'd run a mile if a bunny looked at him....wuss.

My cat, Bruno, with his favourite soft toy just minutes after he was reunited with it after six months without it. You can't hear the very loud purring or see the pawing that's going on. They're inseparable.

The rare and elusive cabbit. Only found in an area north of Tennessee and south of Kentucky.

O. Migawd. I want one. I miss my rabbit.. :(

But who in the world has enough time to knit so many mini-sweaters?

My guess is that it's as real as a jackelope.

Jackalopes are real. You can see them mounted on the wall of just about every cheap bar west of the Rockies.

Right next to the Snarks?

Well, of course, they only have land snarks out in the desert areas.

Yes, those are cute bunnies, but what if you were to remove a hind leg for a good luck charm?

What's the recovery time for the bunny? This is pre-industrial times, so how will they stop the bleeding? And how well can a three legged rabbit get around? Can he hop around the down with Fiver and Bigwig, or will he need to stay under cover away from hawks and snakes?

Also, what size snake would it take to swallow my MC-three-legged bunny? I think I'll just have the snake forget to bite down and spit him out later so that....

Okay, I'm evil, I'll just be going now :D

Silly. Cut off all four legs. Now you're got four good-luck charms . . . and a paperweight.

But you can't torture paperweights with more high action plot. Well, you can, but they won't be adding to the action :tongue

I love bunnies too!

Especially when they have been killed, skinned, and fricaseed in olive oil, garlic, and parsley. It's like eating chicken wings. Lots of little bones, but the meat is delicious.

How'd they get those bunnies in the sweaters? Our late lamented Steve would've had our fingers for that!

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v386/aronnax/Photographs/DBMacro.jpg
(Something I whipped up in GIMP when a thread had too many cat macros. Yep, that's Steve.)

Okay, my contribution to the cute:

LOLbunnies (http://www.lolbunnies.com/). Really cute. The grammar is justified when you consider that rabbits aren't the sharpest knives in the drawer.
Guinea Pig Jamboree (http://www.gpjamboree.com/). From the makers of LOLbunnies. Not a lot of material yet, but what they have is cute.
How to make apple rabbits (http://lunchinabox.net/2007/12/13/how-to-make-apple-rabbits/). I found this through LOLbunnies. It's for bento boxes (it's a Japanese custom I don't fully understand), but man, these would make great garnishes!
