I have examined the blogs aspect of the Tech forum, and it appears that most threads deal with a specific question related to blogs.
What about an overview of blogs?
Do we have here or can any member provide a link(s) to a site(s) which gives one an overview of blogs & blogging in all its glory?
You know, such things as:
-description of the different types
-appropriate type to use according to function/objective
-comparisons with websites
-advantages of blogs vs. websites
-blog technology & what is now possible to add to a blog in terms of
things like images, video, sound, pdfs etc.
-whether one can add things like thumbnails or slideshows
