Excuse me to hijacking this thread for a personal post. I couldn't figure out to how to start a new thread.
AW has been acting very weird on me lately. I am back on my laptop while traveling, but at home, I've switched to writing on my desktop, partly due to my carpal tunnel. Anyhow, the moment I switched computers, I couldn't log back in as myself. I've asked the system at least 20 times to send me my username and password, since I have forgotten them.
And the system promises to mail them to me. But the email never arrives.
As a result, I can't post on AW any more on my "real" computer.
Is there any way this situation can be fixed? I've written to Macallister about this, twice, and I know Victoria has tried to help, with no success.
