How cold is it?

I'm chilled to the bone.

It got down into the 40's last night, a real cold spell here. Low 60's today. I've been chilly all day, no kidding. Your blood thins when you live in warm weather for a while. The 40's feel like the 10's did when I was living in Indiana.

34 at the moment in Virginia which was also our high for the day.

This is near Houston, so we are fairing pretty well with a high of 63F!

I know. I had to turn the AC down. It was rough.

It's a brisk 72 here in my office. I may need to set some of my files ablaze for warmth.

we had a chinook for the past few days, warm winds from the mountains that can raise the temps by 20 or 30 degrees, melt all the snow, and drive people crazy (something about reversed ions and major headaches for a lot of people) so the temps were around 50 degrees, But it's snowing now and the temps dropped to 15. (i'm using Fahrenheit) but it looks like the rest of the week will be around 50 degrees again. two weeks ago it was -22. I like Chinooks.

It's -13 C here right now (-18 with wind chill).

I'm with Terri.....lovin every degree.

I haven't checked, but we were in single digits (4 degrees) earlier and the bottom is supposed to drop out tonight and tomorrow into negative numbers. Coldest temps in 13 years they said.

I would trade with any of you below zeros, (if you would babysit my 1-year old!)
I miss the cold, so very very much!

40 below with the wind chill tonight, people. This is reminding me of living in Minnesota, when my neighbors would plug in their cars.

Too stinking warm: around 40.

Oooh I been there before, and I'll never go back, nope, no way Jose.

Once, while living in WI, I went outside with fresh out of the shower damp hair.....big mistake. Thought it was all gonna snap right off my head.

What celina said here, must be almost neighbors, and then the bottom drops out tonight and tomorrow. Not as cold as to the north, though, so I'm a'countin' my blessings.

It's currently 48 in Nashville, but it's suppose to get down into single-digits tonight, the coldest it's been here in quite some time.

31 now. 13 tomorrow. 85 in a week.

17 here right now, which is my lucky number - although maybe not so lucky when it's the outside temperature. Supposed to go below zero tomorrow night.
