Has anyone heard of this software that's meant to proofread and edit your writing? If so and you've used it, what's your opinion? Buy...or not to buy?

Splashy website, high price, better than buttered toast.

I am skeptical of any software that attempts to replace what's between my ears.

You might search their site to see if a test download is available before spending your hard-earned dollars on a program such as this one.

YMHO.

Cheaper solution: Self-Editing for Fiction Writers, by Renni Browne and Dave King.

Nothing beats learning to do it yourself.

But to the actual question, no, I've never heard of that software.

About five years ago I tried a free trail version they were offering. It was okay. Didn't catch everything, but did catch quite a bit. I found the navigation somewhat awkward and at times, difficult. I imagine they have improved same. I didn't purchase the product, but I don't seem to recall it being all that expensive --- maybe something like $30-$50 a year, at the time.
