Trouble sending queries

I'm trying to send a query, but i'm having some problems. I don't know if this is the right place to post this, because i've never seen this before, and i'm not sure if this happens with all queries you send VIA the agents 'Email me' link.

I pasted the query and sample pages, then clicked 'Send'. Then it came up with email address. So i put my email address in. Then it said name. So i put my name in. Then this came up.

Outgoing email server (SMTP) name:

My eyes just glazed over, and i was like... huh?...

Anyone have any help?

Okay the email me link brings up outlook which you probably don't have set up. I hate mail me link...with the majority using online email services this just doesn't work as well any more.

Right click on the link...chose copy link location or copy short cut (depends on which browser you're using).

Go go into your email. I don't know what you're using....

Create a new email....in the to field right click and choose paste...it should paste the email address from that email me link.

Now put your query in your email, give it the appropriate subject...and well you know hit send.
