It looks cute. I couldn't finish the book--the concept was great, but the execution left me cold--but maybe the movie will be more engrossing.

Hard to explain. It was really hard to get into at first then I liked it. But I just can't picture it working as a movie. At all.
When I saw the trailer, I was like, "OH MY GOD THEY'RE MAKING THE EYRE AFFAIR INTO A MO...oh...its for something else."
Seriously.
Movie. Now. Kevin Spacy can be Acheron Hades. I'm not sure who'd play Spike Stroker (Spec Ops 12: Vampire and Werewolf Division) or Thursday Next...

Just read the Eyre Affair a few weeks ago - very fun!
