I am looking for female fans of rock music to interview for a book about the emotional and psychological impact of music on women and their experiences as fans. Did a particular song or album inspire you to change your life for the better? Do you have any anecdotes (positive or negative) about meeting a musician you admire? Who was your first rockstar crush? I am especially interested in talking to women who have remained fans of a particular artist for 10, 20, even 30 years. For example, were you a big Duran Duran fan in your teens and now you take your daughter to their reunion concerts? I’d like to talk to female fans of all types of rock music, any artist from Elvis and the Beatles, to Tori Amos, Black Sabbath, Jimi Hendrix, the White Stripes, No Doubt, Nirvana, U2, etc. or even more obscure or local bands.
