Quick question--was there ever a commercial for the Mr. Goodbar candy bar featuring the song "Mr. Sandman" with the lyrics changed?

Mr. Goodbar, you're such a dream
you're delicious, and supreme...

(or something like that)

Surprisingly, the wikipedia listing for the song (here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mr._Sandman) does not mention it. Did I dream this song?? Or do others remember it? If there are any more lyrics too for the Mr. Goodbar version, I'd love to know.

Thanks.

How can sand in the eyes make one sleepy?

MISTER SANDMAN
Mister Sandman, bring me a dream
Make him the cutest that I've ever seen
Give him two lips like roses and clover
Then tell him that his lonesome nights are over

Mister Sandman, I'm so alone
Don't have nobody to call my own
Please turn on your magic beam
Mister Sandman, bring me a dream

Mister Sandman, bring me a dream
Make him the cutest that I've ever seen
Give him the word that I'm not a rover
Then tell him that his lonesome nights are over

Mister Sandman, bring me a dream
Give him a pair of eyes with a come hither gleam
Give him a lonely heart like Pagliacci
And lots of wavy hair like Liberace

Mister Sandman, someone to hold
Would be so peachy before we're too old
So please turn on your magic beam
Mister Sandman, bring us—
Please, please, please—
Mister Sandman, bring us a dream

And there’s this verse that never made it on the record.

Thanks for the link, kg. I'm becoming convinced that the Mr. Goodbar song doesn't exist, and I subconsciously invented the whole thing. Although I could swear I even remember the commercial--peanuts being dropped into a huge bowl of chocolate. I dunno. But hey, I like that "lost" verse! ;-)

He bows and lifts his topper just off his head

I am pleased to be of service, my Lady.

When you figure it out, will you let me know?
I just want to say thank you. Or should that be thanks a lot? I have had the song stuck in my head for the past few days and since I don't know all the words I am only singing, "Mr. Sandman, bring me a dream. Make him the cutest hmmm hmm mm hmm hmm"

:Headbang: Make it stop! Make it stop!
