There are an international organization set in most of the world that teaches youngsters to survive in the outdoors... just give them guns and you have an instant army...

As armies tend to need; I mean, chocolate bars and Playboy mags among the rations? Istant deshydrated food? Obviously the army was knew/knows most of the soldiers are boys in their 20's
