Add an image to a yahoo groups post?

Not strictly writing related I know but I belong to various groups and I want to do a bit of promo of the cover of my book / show off.

But how do I get an image in the post? I just can't quite seem to figure it out!

yes, I iz yahoo groups noob.

Thanks!

From this, it sounds like the same way one does here: imbed a photo stored on photobucket or whatever using
img>, I'm not sure what tags Yahoo uses).

Have you tried "View Source" on a post to see what code they're using?

No

because lets face it, it wouldn't actually reveal much to me apart from I know chuff all about code :)

eta: err yeah. lots of squiggles

Can't help you with Yahoo Groups specifically, but typically in HTML, you'd write something like

<img src="http://www.whereveryoulike.com/myphoto.jpg">Some optional text which doesn't do very much</img>

Thanks Pri, I did give that a go. When ever I try that instead of posting the image it just posts that damn code!
