My WIP's taking over my mind!

I noticed some disturbing behavior yesterday.

When my MC shakes his head, I shake my head.

When he smiled, I too smile.

When the characters are particularly happy, so am I for no apparent logical reason.

When he gets rich, I don't get rich.

While writing, I'm mimicking the behavior of the MC! Help!

Actually, I find myself feeling what my characters are feeling when I'm writing too.

unless you are writing a psychopathic mega mass murderer...in that case...act it out with Barbie dolls......
