Alright folks, you've got your novel 100% finished, you're in talks with a publisher, he asks you to sum up the entirety of your novel in three sentences maximum, WHAT DO YOU SAY?

Allow me to demonstrate:

"The convoluted, pretentious autobiography of a washed-up jazz musician, featuring various "Never Before Seen" writings and photographs in the epistolary style."

too many adjectives- - and it only introduces players, and a photographic style-- what is "never before seen" sounds like a Hollywood poster -- you have not told anyone what it is "about."
