No, I'm not a slightly creepy guy with a silenced shotgun, so don't worry. Seriously! I'm serious! Look at me, can't you tell I'm serious?

So, what's the most, you've ever lost in a coin toss?

Myself; a fine pair of brogues.

Beat that!

when I was a kid the opposing sports team got to go first because of the flip of a coin on many occasions :-(

The coin - you gotta watch out for those drainage grates.

...but if this does happen just attach a piece of chewing gum to the end of a string to extract the coin.

I think I lost $100 in a round of two-up once. The details are sketchy - of course, I was horribly drunk at the time.

:roll:Only problem is, I keep thinking of that scene from It where the kid with THE INCREDIBLE GUM-STICK thinks he's fishing a doll out of the drainage grate and it's a body....

...sounds like a great flick to watch for Halloween :-)

I don't understand. You're what? Gambling on a coin toss? I don't get it. Why would you do that?

Urban boredom, and terrible breeding on my part.

Besides, if you can think of something better to do, you curmedgeonly curmedgeon, then I'm all ears!
