wanted to make some pork Katsu and did an online search for the sauce. got many variations from complicated concoctions with sake or rice vinegar that need to be slow simmered-to simple catsup and worcestershire sauce mixes.

don't mind a little work but the main goal is something the kids will like and simple enough that I will want to prepare it again and again.
anyone ever made this at home and willing to share?

tonkatsu (pork) and chicken katsu are breaded strip cutlets of the meat deep fried and then dipped in this yummy sauce. served often on oriental buffets and ass a side in Bento boxes at Japanese restaurants.

I did a similar version but added mustard, ginger, and garlic. came out alright, kids liked it.
