I've never written anything for Constant Content so I wouldn't be much help there. However, something you might want to keep in mind when writing articles is -what does your article offer that will make an editor want it? What makes yours unique?
Also, some experts are choosy about what type publication they will be quoted in.
When I've spoken to experts in a particular field, I tell them who I am and then I ask if I can have a few minutes of their time. Usually, they are very gracious and consent to answer questions. Do your homework, though. Know your subject matter. Don't ask them yes or no questions.
Have you looked at other articles on the website to see what's there? Do those articles include quotes from experts? I'd check that out first before I spent time looking for an expert.
