Need Technical Help With Power Supply!

Everytime I've replaced a power supply in the past, I had the broken one in my hand to emulate. Thus, I knew what I needed to buy.

Now, I've lost my damn laptop power supply, and I don't know which model I'm going to need to buy to replace it!
