It's 3:15 PM. I've been waiting since 8:00 AM this morning for the guy to come look at my air conditioner and see what is wrong with it. We're scheduled for sometime today between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. :( They couldn't pin the time down closer than that. I hate this. It screws up an entire day.

Yeah, and since it's Friday that won't be until Monday.

Fortunately, we had a cool front come through this week and it hasn't been hot enough to NEED the AC. But, in another day or two it will be hot again.

I won't need the furnace to work for another month or so. :)

I wouldn't worry about having the AC not working if my dog wasn't so old and decrepit. When the thermostat in the house hits 79 F, he starts huffing and puffing because he's hot. Poor baby.

Well, good things come to those who wait.

The Sear's repair guy finally showed up at 6:15 PM. But, it was one that I had come before and he is awesome when it comes to finding and fixing appliances for cheap. It turned out to be a broken wire which he easily fixed for the price of a service call.

Now Bear has air. :snoopy:
