There is a National Novel Editing Month--March.

They are not directly affiliated with NaNoWriMo/ScriptFrenzy/Office of Light and Letters but its a recognized "sister" site.
Most successful writers recommend putting manuscripts down for awhile before revising. Writing the first draft in November and then rewriting in March might be a long period for some people, but nothing precludes you from working on other things!
