Oh, my goodness! Have we gotten there already? I didn't even know we'd left! I must've fallen asleep on the bus!

We're cookin'!

Breakfast, anyone? I can whip up a heck of a breakfast!

Ol' Fashioned Girl

Oh, noes! Trip's almost over!? Seems like we just left! Can't we take a little side trip to Capri??????

Stew21

OFG, I know you can make biscuits. Want me to make some sausage gravy?

I'm a good omlet flipper too.

Ol' Fashioned Girl

Mmmmm. Nothing better'n sausage gravy and Angel Biscuits! How 'bout some hash browns? RT, start peelin'.

So, the bus has stopped off for a snack?
I've made capuccino cake!

Ol' Fashioned Girl
08-17-2008, 03:29 PM
Is it time for breakfast again already? Let's have a slice of that cake, Ben, and some hot tea while we plan how to start today.

How 'bout bacon and eggs, grits, and toast? And some nice grapefruit on the side?

Rolling Thunder
08-17-2008, 04:29 PM
It's impolite to stand beside cray and call him a grapefruit, OFG. Calling him any type of vegetable or fruit behind his back is acceptable though.

Ol' Fashioned Girl
08-17-2008, 04:39 PM
How 'bout we just get him to turn his back to me, then? Would that work?

Rolling Thunder

Good question... one I can't answer.

Stew21

I didn't wait on the big breakfast today. Just grabbed a tomato from the garden and ate it with a piece of potato bread toast. :)

Ol' Fashioned Girl
08-17-2008, 07:25 PM
You've still got tomatoes?! Mine are just coming back from the 'Big Heat Wave' and the spider mites. I'm hoping for another harvest in a few weeks. ;)

Rolling Thunder
08-17-2008, 08:01 PM
My tomatoes are nearly finished. My watermelons are doing well though.

And, no, there is no hidden sexual innuendo in either of those sentences. Preverts.

Stew21
08-17-2008, 08:44 PM
I got my tomatoes in late because it was such a wet spring. I've only gotten about a dozen tomatoes so far and have about 20 more on the vines.

I didn't even get the rest of the garden in. Too wet to till and then too late.
I'm lucky to have gotten tomatoes at all.

Sorry, sweetie. I got lazy with the second bean, so now it's reviving my vanilla extract bottle. Killed the last of my vodka with that too. Another two weeks or so and it's good to go.

Of course, I can always buy more. :D

How about Rack of Mod garnished with Haggis cutlets and a light shredded Cray salad. All drizzled with a fruity blend of Mod blood and vinegar?

I'll start the barbeque.
