I was wondering if that was written by one of the guys who hosts The New Router Workshop on PBS. That has got to be one of the dullest shows anyone has come up with for a national broadcasting network.

I was thinking of pitching a similar one to PBS. Maybe, Fun with a Keyhole Saw or How To Turn Discarded Tissues Boxes Into Works of Art.

3. Be Bold with Bananas by Crescent Books

If that's the author's name, well, then, that's even weirder than these titles.

My father used to watch that show. Lord only knows why...

I think my mom preferred it to him watching cooking shows, though. It wasn't pretty (nor edible) when he got it in his head that he could outcook everyone on Food Network....

They used to have one on tote painting. The host would turn an ordinary mailbox into a garish "work of art" complete with frogs, toadstools, and butterflies. I was so envious.
