3 Things You Cannot Live Without -- 2008 Edition

2. My skates (either pair, the Rollerblades or the quads)

1. My furbabies.

I'm having a hard time finding objects that I can't live without. But there are some objects that have added to my quality of life...

1 - Discovering new things (internet, books,)
2 - Connection and community (Facebook, pen pals, AW, The Writer's Block)
3 - Enjoyable pursuits (Gardening, camping, writing.)

Not necessarily in this order:

sustinence in the way of fine food and fine drink.
tea
playing hide the sausage

Dark chocolate
Bottle of schnapps in the freezer
The ocean

Amish-made fudge (try to take it from me and I swear I'll gnaw your leg off)

My iPod - fully loaded and always charged, of course

My lip balm - I hate when my kisser's not kissable

Music
Food
Water

I'm really quite simple.

(and I actually like to be nude -- I've gone to Europe with only a small backpack. I really don't need much.)

My MP3 player - all about the music!
My laptop - all about doing stuff
Dark chocolate - need I say more?

Can I get more things if I factor out the spouse and non-children relatives? (That's a kinda serious question since I don't really have them in my life.)

Material things. Hmmmm.

A thumb-spica splint. After 20 years of injury, it's still a constant in my life.

A really warm blanket, preferrably fleece.

Money. If I've got money, then anything else can be handled.

(I didn't put in pets or music or companionship since I don't count those as the material things as mentioned in the OP)

My dogs are already in.
