I bought a whole bag of hard whole wheat grain - someone used it in a salad at a party I was at in June and I loved it.
so I boiled the grains in water as I would rice and then left them to soak over night. Is that right? Are they supposed to be a little chewey? I'd appreciate anyone's insight.
