I don't think I've even heard of gnocchi! What's the consistency? Is it popular enough to be found in most groceries?

If I were to tell you, then that would be cheating
Gnocchi is Italian, I believe. I don't have a problem finding it. You can usually find it next to the boxes of dry pasta in a grocery store.

Gnocchi is tasty. It has a chewy, soft, and dense texture that's similar to dumplings.

I can't wait to try this recipe! :D

Gnocchi can be described as part potato/part pasta. It's shaped like a dumpling, and can be found in the pasta section of most supermarkets.

Gnocchi is ridiculously easy to make. Go to the library, get a pasta book and have an hour or so of fun with a fork. :D
