View Full Version : Do You Like Your Partner Hairy or Hairless

My daughter who is 24 and I, have total different ideas on what makes a man sexy. I went to High School in the 70's, so hair was in. Yes, I had super big 80's hair too. She likes guys with short hair, no facial hair, and smooth chested. I don't mind a little length to a mans hair, love facial hair and adore a hairy chest. Put all that hair into a pair of jeans..........well, let's not go there:D. My husband is part American Indian, so there goes the chest hair but I've got my mustache!

I was wondering, do you girls prefer hair or no hair on your man.

I can't stand facial hair. Don't really know why, but it just does not appeal to me. My husband knows that if he goes more than 4 days without shaving, he's flat out getting so much as a kiss from me.

I also like men with long hair, but short is very nice too.

LOL My hubby only needs to shave about twice a week. What he looks like after four days is what most men probably look like after one.

I am a hairy beast. The only place on my body that doesn't have some sort of hair is my back.

Most girls say they hate hairy guys, but once they get to know me they love that about me. :)

Hairy is manly, baby. None of those hairless metrosexuals for me!

Clair Dickson

I like goatees, if they're nice. Long hair is good, but I'm okay with short hair too. I accept chest hair, tummy hair, and arm hair. (Though, truth is, my arm hair is darker and longer than hubby's... lucky me.)

Hubby is not "forbiden" to grow a beard, but he is fully aware of the consequences if he goes too long without shaving. Though, he's one of those guys that, by evening, it looks like he didn't shave at all. Which is amusing only because he totally does not look like a "manly" man. (Which is fine-- he might fight me for the head of the house if he was. ;-)

I cannot stand beards or mustaches. Yech. The only ones I have seen that looked any good were some of the mustaches from, like, the 1860s.

I keep trying to get hubby to shave his nethers, telling him if he will, I will. He just laughs.

I draw the line when it starts at the bottom's bottom, works its way up and around the shoulders then back down. Hair is fine. Pelt is off-putting.

I'm not sure, joyce. Please bring George Clooney over to me, so I can judge whether I like him hairy or hairless. I want to be fair in my assessment. Mr. Susie, definitely a little hairy.

Love long, long, long hair, but then I'm a child of the sixties. Mr. Bard has to keep his short for the job and I'm okay with that - don't want him getting his hair caught in heavy machinery and ending up with no hubby!

I'm not too fussy on facial hair even though Mr. Bard has a beard and moustache. But, hey, he doesn't tell me what to do with my hair, I don't tell him what to do with his beard.

My husband is bald though, and I wouldn't change a hair on his head (so to speak). To caress your bald man's head is sooooo sexy.

Hairy chest, yumm.

NO facial hair; it's creepy, feels like sand paper and can scrub off the fragile skin in delicate places. Back hair is a turn off; ditto on ear hair (yuck, shudder)

Other places (head, sideburns, etc.) well groomed, please.

Why is it some women find men who look like this attractive, but you know if you met them in real life you'd be waving your hand in front of your nose going, "Ewwie! What is that smell?" Me, I think they all need to soak in a scalding tub of lye soap for a week. (And Viggio, without the hair and beard is one ugly dude!)

I'm curious, how do you like your women?

Because some men like their women aunaturale (how ever you spell that), meaning they enjoy the European women who don't shave and let it all hang out.

Me, I like mine more civilized, to have some hygiene, know what a razor is, or even one of those epilators that are like this spring that turns and rips the hair out by the roots. I think it was designed by the Marque de Sade.

Although I do love long hair. The longer the better. Down to their waist is a good length, I think. :)

You won't be able to learn why Jon was banned from reading his post history. I understand that's what makes what happened so puzzling for most people.

I don't usually discuss members who are banned, since they aren't here to defend themselves. But I will tell you this: Jon attempted a joke that went horribly wrong for him. That's all I can tell you at this point, unless a Super or Mac decides to elaborate.

Finally, someone who knows what is and isn't important. Thank you, Pat.

Everyone knows it's the kind of car he drives...

But just be careful in a convertible with that new hairdo, NF. :D

This is a tconversation we had with a young woman when I was stationed in Germany in the 1950s.

One of the G.I.s asked her why she did not shave her legs and armpits.
"Because God gave me hair," she replied.
"Then why do you tweeze your eyebrows?" he asked.

Total silence followed, her expression like a fish out of water gulping for air.

Ol' Fashioned Girl

I think I just lose my marbles......

I was reading the posts about do men like their gals with hair....and ended up in a thread about do women like men with hair....?

That the heck is going on?

Did someone combine two different threads?

It was some of the language, Don. Don't go away... just clean it up a little.

Two posts up, Wendy. I combined the similar threads.

Someone help me. Every time I read the 'hairless' portion of this thread title an image of Haggis flashes through my mind.

I'm frightened, and I'm going to my happy place.

Wow, what a difference a day can make! I come home from work and my thread has been changed, rearranged, grew hair, lost hair, and merged with a woman.....I think. I thought I was in the Twilight Zone for a minute.

Re SpookyWriter:

I'm not too familiar with the banned member, but I get a strong impression some guys are upset about his disappearance and, looking briefly at some posts, it seems like he was a caring sort.

Slap me down if I'm stepping out of line, but I'm interested to know if this is a permanent ban as a result of one offence. Or, given that the member apparently contributed something people have appreciated and will miss, will there be a chance his membership will be reinstated after a cooling period?

You won't be able to learn why Jon was banned from reading his post history. I understand that's what makes what happened so puzzling for most people.

I don't usually discuss members who are banned, since they aren't here to defend themselves. But I will tell you this: Jon attempted a joke that went horribly wrong for him. That's all I can tell you at this point, unless a Super or Mac decides to elaborate.

All I can do, qwerty, is reiterate what Silver's said above and assure everyone that banning - either temporarily or permanently - is an act never hastily performed. And it doesn't matter whether the subject is an old timer or a n00b.

As SK said, too, the banned member isn't discussed on the open forums simply because s/he isn't here to defend him- or herself. Soooo... back to the relative hairiness of y'all's partners... if you must. :)

She asked him why...
"why I'm a hairy guy
I'm hairynoon an nighty night night
my hair is a fright
i'm hairy high and low
but dont ask me why"
> cause he don't know
"it's not for lake or bread,
like the grateful dead"
darling

"give me a head with hair...
long beautiful hair
shining, beaming, streamin' ??????????
give me down there..."
HAIR
"shoulder length or longer..."
HAIR
"here baby, there mama, everywhere ????????
HAAAAIR
grow it, show it, long as i can grow it... my hair."
Fly in the breeze
and get caught in the trees
a home for the flees
in my hair.
A home for the flees
A Hive for the bees (the buzzin' bees)

For all those who really really like "HAIR"

I've had hair down to my shoulders, and it can be a pain when it gets caught in chainmail. But the women love it.

I've got it short now, definitely easier to care for. Thank God its all still there. Some seem to like the silver in it.

Last time I shaved the facial hair was '87... never again. Most women seem to like it.

I love long hair on a bloke, and I love a nicely trimmed beard / goatee ( not too straggly please) I've only ever dated one guy with short hair - and he had an excuse as he was in the forces.

Not a fan of hairy chests really, but it's not a dealbreaker - unless you look like a gorilla who's been strategically shaved.
