In the style of the Algonquin Round table in the 1920’s, White Oak Writers is a monthly social gathering held in a relaxed atmosphere in which to share our creative experience, resources, network, motivate and toss around ideas. We are open to all genres, published and unpublished. Bring your work to shared, your questions to be answered, your obstacles to be toppled. This group is gaining fame as the best place in Houston to nourish your muse.
We invite and are joined by authors, poets, editors, journalists, illustrators, storytellers, literary translators, artists, screenwriters publishers, and our admirers.
