Australian Flavour on the way to US resturant

Wasn't sure where to put this, so feel free to move it if you like. When I wrote Australian Flavour my goal was to capture traditional Australian cuisine. I started the website of the same name. I was hoping that it would attract interest from overseas. Overwhelmingly our site visitors and members are American, and visitors come from around the world. Unfortunately the main ingredient for chocolate crackles which is copha is difficult to buy outside of Australia and New Zealand.
