Definitely on top of the world!
(Even though a second response came in moments later with a rejection to try and spoil the excitement)

Don't let the post-partial-request rejection spoil the excitement. OMG! You're a published author! The cover art proves it, and now, an agent sees enough merit in your query to request a partial of the next novel. I'd just chalk the rejection up to someone with bad taste.
