It's almost that time again—any AW'ers planning to attend?

I'm looking for a r/t crit group/partner. If anyone wants to meet-up during the con to talk about forming a group, or if you have an opening in your existing group (preferably on the Westside), please drop me a PM or an e-mail.

Have a great day!

So this thread is 4 years old - but it's that time of year again. I'll be there on Thursday evening for the open pitch night - it's quite enlightening and interesting - and then attending the conference Friday, Saturday, Sunday.

Anyone else going?

Here's some info about the open pitch - it's free, and you don't have to be registered for the conference to go and watch.

Thursday, August 2nd 7:00 - 9:00 pm
Some of our agents and producers are flying in early to help you make the most of your conference. Test your abilities by pitching to a panel of literary or film experts in front of an audience of your peers. Give them your pitch and get instant feedback or just come to watch, listen and learn from others. First come first serve, so come early to sign up for the pitching queue! Learn how to pitch to an screenplay agent from screenplay agents! Learn how to pitch a book from book editors!
