Although I'm writing a life story, it still takes a creative mind to go back to that "place" and be able to write about the events after so long.
I can't say that I haven't written in so long because I couldn't form a story in my head - the story has always been in my head. What's taken so long is finding the time and energy to go back to that place in my head and be able to pick up and continue with my story.
I think it takes just as creative of a mind to write fiction as it does to write a life story, do you agree? Afterall, you have to sell your memories.
