A small Fuji apple. The sticker's still on my right hand (and probably will be until dinner).

UPC 94131, the 9 meaning organic.

Maryn, envious of those who've eaten more

In San Antonio, it's a hispanic thing to make a snowcone, on top of a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Our work just made them for everyone in the office ... it's like a cup full of sunshine and smiles, sprinkled with baby giggles and butterfly kisses.

Sunshine *feeling woozy*
Butterfly kisses *bwruuuup*

Shredded wheat with raisins and low-fat non-lactose milk (and sugar), followed by a handful of vitamins and a glass of water, looking forward to cottage cheese and peaches for lunch. And maybe some corn chips. Followed by a nap. It's Saturday.

Ham and cheese on a kaiser roll, loaded with veggies and made fresh from the deli. It's exactly what I wanted. :)

Sandwiches are always better when someone makes it for you.

Eclairs. Two of them. Okay, okay, three. For brunch, as it's my bday weekend and I get to sleep in and eat anything I want. : ) My husband fed the dogs and horses so I didn't have to get sweaty right off the bat, he's making me a homemade coconut cake (he loves the food show "Good Eats", which is where the recipe came from, so it'll be mucho yummy) and I'm about to drink a whiskey sour and party. : )

Ooh, that sounds good. I has TCCs-tomato, cucumber, cheddar cheese sandwiches on white bread with mayo and salt and pepper. In-law tradition maintains that it has to be garden fresh and the cheese sliced thick. White bread only, the veggies are healthy enough ;).

I just made a pilgrimage to go eat the best barbeque in the history of ever: Col. Poole's smoked pork sandwich. It's why God gave us taste buds. Vegetarian? Make an exception. Muslim? Convert. Clogged arteries? You gotta die sometime.

It's in a little town called Ellijay Georgia about 5 miles from the foot of the Appalachain trail, easily identifiable by the ~1000 plywood pigs stuck in the red clay of the hill behind it. (Honestly not sure what that's all about, but it's hard to miss.)

I only had to drive 3 hours to get there, but if I had to walk the entire Appalachain trail, I'd do it in a heartbeat.

I use swiss, and add radishes to mine! I can't wait for the tomatoes to come in!
