Beta reader needed for paranormals

You might get more response if you were to post a chapter at the appropriate Share Your Work board so potential betas might see if they're a good fit.

It's also possible that many people (I confess, including me) are leery of undertaking a serious beta reading for someone who has no posts except her request. Far too often, we get new arrivals, many of them talented writers, who come in, get what they need or want, and never return the favor by beta reading, critiquing, answering questions if they're able, etc. for others here.

So maybe you'd like to establish a bit of a presence here, on general writing boards and on your genre's board, so we know you a little, like you just fine, and are happy to do you the favor in expectation you'll pay it forward.
