...who ocassionally has his kids (2-4 nights a week).
Is it just me, or is everything packaged for families? As a result, I find myself actually having to eat sort of unhealthy because I don't want to make a large meal and eat leftovers for the next 3 days.
So, in this thread I will ask you for tips on how a single guy can cook healthy stuff and not be forced to the eat the leftovers for a week.
My healthy eating usually consists of buy those Progresso soups because they are like the only thing in the store that is packaged for one person.
