"There, there, just because the antelopes laughed at you doesn't mean you're a "sissy cat".

now I lay me down to sleep
I pray the lion's tummy will keep
if he should hunger before I wake
I pray the lion's teeth you'll take

One way I've found to get along, and it doesn't always work, is to refrain from calling people unsightly names. Often I want to, and it's on the tip of my tongue or the ends of my typing fingers, and I don't give a damn who hears me or what they have to say about it.

But in the end, it only makes me look bad, regardless of how justified my anger is at the time.

Know what I mean, Assholes? :D

Since donning the hallowed robes of my modly office, I have discovered: The Walk.

When I desperately want to call Silver King something unbecoming, I push back from the desk and take The Walk.

I highly recommend it for those times when one knows one is about to commit a social faux paux.

Jen forgot to add...

Then I meet him at an undisclosed location, only the two of us, alone at last, the sound of fabric tearing as the heat between our loins rise and wet bodies join in a slippery mass of sweat and heat and longing. To be continued... :)

Screw you, Fishman.

Screw me?

You see, that's what I was talking about earlier, you "arrogant assbag." ;)

The point is, if we're going to get along, and no one says it's ever going to happen in the truest sense, we can start by avoiding name calling as a general rule. Not just here, but in other aspects of our encounters with others we don't agree with.

Maybe it was meant in a nice way. :)

However I agree with you. A lot of people talk about world peace (not whirled peas) however most people can't get along with their spouse for any significant amount of time. Our divorce rate is high... It sounds corney and dorkey... but..

Let there be peace on earth and let it begin with me..

I don't see it as being nice at all. Chopper has three days off and I'm closing this thread.
