They hit code red today. Does that happen a lot?

I wish I could shoot them a fiver, but I'm broke. I really, really hope we don't lose this resource. o.o

Oh man! It's a needed resource. They are awesome. Send them your money, people. We DO NOT want to lose Duotrope.

It must be tough, catering a service to the brokest, debt-y-est group of sods in the art world. :)

Unfortunately, they often hit code red at this time of year. Yep, I try to shoot them a little cash whenever I can. They do indeed rely on donations to stay afloat.

Thanks for the alert. I just shot them some money. Duotrope is too valuable a resource to lose.

I suppose Google found it for you. It's a neat resource, even though I've never ever submitted anything anywhere.

I usually wait until the couple of months after a book release to donate to my writing sites--you know, so that my writing account has money in it. But, I have to say, Duotrope is one of the best sites out there for helping writers keep a handle on things.

*sigh*

so, out came the credit card we 'never use.'

Send 'em some buckage, folks, if you have it to spare. They do a great job for a lot of us and deserve our support.
