Do you spend too much time staring at a blank screen?

Tired of blaming your lack of motivation?

Do other writers accuse you of procrastination
when you should be writing?

Well, now it's not your fault. Try working
on your WIP with Writer's Block. The keyboard for those blank moments.

This item was made and donated by Midnight Muse. (cue big round of applause). She will ship it to the winner of the auction. It's a Dell PC keyboard with a PS2 connection, but with any adapter it can go USB. And if people want to see any of the other styles, they're at:
www.primordialink.wordpress.com (http://www.primordialink.wordpress.com/) :D

Wanna see the one you're playing for?

Here it is:

But WAIT, you say. How can I type without the letters?

Just when you think you have seen everything. lol This one takes the :Cake: .

(I still need the 'see an elephant fly' thingy to finish my list.)

What a fun thingy for the office. Can see it now. :Jaw:

That's the coolest damn thing I've ever seen, bar none. If I didn't have to stare at a keyboard while slowly and painstakingly typing with four fingers, you all wouldn't have a chance with this item.

By the way, where the heck has MidnightMuse been hiding? I miss her...

She's just busy doing the writer thing, but she still has mad love for AW. It is very, very cool.

Funny story about mine. I had it hooked up to my computer on-campus. A professor came in. We started talking and I realized we needed a more formal meeting to include others and to really go over the details. However, he needed to check his e-mail to confirm the time of another appointment he had just made. He asked if he could use my computer. I said 'sure,' and moved away so he could get in. He comes over and starts to type in his id and password, then stops, and picks up the keyboard and is moving it this way and that. I'm not really paying attention to what he's doing and by this time, I'd gotten so used to having Frost Byte, I'd forgotten it was 'different' and that some people wouldn't be able to use it. Finally, the professor looks at me and says, "This is a strange keyboard. I'm not certain what to do with it."

He ended up going over to my officemate's computer. Of course, she's left-handed and had her mouse set-up in a left-handed configuration. By the time he was finished, he decided that our office was not the place to borrow a computer.

I know it "looks" like you couldn't type without seeing the letters, but I think a lot of people would be really surprised to find how easy it is. If you've ever been able to type a sentence without looking at your fingers, then this type of keyboard won't slow you down one bit :)

And I left all the function keys! My other keyboards have ALL the keys replaced - imagine trying to find the Delete key in a dark room :D

By the way, I'm not sure how well it shows up in the photos, but those new keys are dark purple - really pretty on a black keyboard.

*Sighs a jealous, wistful sigh.*

The husband decided that he needed a vehicle that got better gas mileage, so all our money flowed that way. Otherwise, I'd have given Shea a run for her money.
