It's been 6 years since I've needed to do a job search, but things are happening within my company to where I'm going to be proactive and get my resume out there, just in case.
My question is twofold:
1.) When posting my resume onto some online jobsearch engines like Monster, Jobs.com etc etc...how will I be able to make sure that my current employer will not see me?
2.) When writing my resume, should the resume that I post online NOT have company names on it, to make sure that my current employer doesn't see our company, and my name, and thus know that I'm looking?
Lastly, years ago, Monster was the #1 online jobsearch engine to use. Can anyone help me with whom/whatr web site I should use now?
My profession is Sales Manager. Video Electronics industry.
