I'm guessing you must be Scottish?Completely entertaining!
Mayhaps that's because I'm young enough to enjoy the humour

Proof that your memory goes firstBeing old, or oldish, isn't all that bad. We get to sit around in our rockers watching younger folks make the silliest mistakes imaginable, and comment, "Geez, even I wasn't that stupid at their age."

It's an organization that old people in the US join when they get old. The AARP sends them information on how to deal with being old and what benefits they get for being old.
Uh, at 49 and a half years of age, they sent me a membership solicitation. So that's old? I can't even take early retirement for 11 more years.
*sigh*
Damn Dawno.... Oct 6th 1959 just about 49 and 1/2... We've shared the same dirt....
