A publisher or agency using Google ads to solicit your novel probably isn't anyone you want to write for.

Fantasy Magazine seeking submissions
Good day authors,
I am the managing editor of eFantasy magazine, an imprint of the very successful eFiction magazine.
We publish an online magazine once a month full of great short stories, poetry, book reviews and interviews with indie and traditionally published authors.
We are currently looking for submissions for this young, vibrant magazine and would love your help in growing into a force to be reckoned with.
We accept short stories up to 10,000 words.
Please visit this link for further guidelines: https://efictionmag.submittable.com/submit/13633
I don't write to become famous, get rich or impress friends and family with the size of my ego. I write because of an itch, because of an overwhelming desire to tell a story, to entertain with my words. I write because I can't not write.
